Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must also be in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain products such as personal care items, perfumes, and accessories (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
